So what is your return policy?
We try to represent ourselves clearly. We try very hard to be fair. But we’re giving you a great deal. So if you’re not sure about a product, or if you're one of those folks who returns things ALL the time, please don’t buy it from us. We want your business, but try and understand this policy before you buy.

So there are two answers to the question:

IF YOU FIND THAT THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE
If you receive a product from us that is defective in any way you MUST contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. That’s three calendar days from receipt! At that point we will replace it, if at all possible. If it cannot be replaced, we will refund you, unless otherwise noted. To contact us, send an e-mail to rma@wigoattic.com and explain in detail how the product is defective. We will inform you on how to proceed.

IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND OR SAY "SILLY ME IT WASN'T REALLY WHAT I WANTED"
I'm sure we've all heard the old expression, "You break it. You bought it." Well, think of that package you opened as "it." Simply put, all sales are final unless the product we sent you is defective. So if it’s late and you’ve had a few to drink, please don’t buy something from us. But if you do, just think -- at least you got a good deal, and it’s not like you can’t give it to someone for a present or something.

And the warranty information please?
Everything we sell has some kind of manufacturer's warranty on it. You can either handle it yourself with the manufacturer or ship it to us for warranty processing. We do, however, charge a big whopping $5.00 to assist in processing a warranty. Oh, and you're going to have to pay the shipping too. Just send an e-mail to warranty@wigoattic.com and tell us what’s going on. We will advise you from there. Keep in mind that “user damage” is NEVER covered under a manufacturer’s warranty. So if you drop it in the pot when you’re “taking care of business” please don’t try to warranty it to us, or really to anyone else for all that matters.
